Modern Farmhouse (Renovation and Addition)

This was an original 1960s modestly-sized farmhouse which received extensive renovations inside and outside of the home. Modern farmhouse additions included a modernized exterior, extending and opening the living areas with higher ceilings, an updated kitchen, new bathrooms, a bedroom addition with new ensuite, and a new double garage.

The additions more than doubled the size of the previous floorplan, providing indoor and outdoor updated living spaces that allowed the home owners to enjoy the rural views.
