For those interested in duplex designs, I have experience with those as well. This modern seaside duplex was designed with the main living areas on the upper floor to enjoy expansive coastal views.

I have worked with various property developers designing mirror-reverse and individual floor plan designs to take advantage of the land topography and views, while providing floor plans with various combinations of two, three, and four bedrooms that may meet the needs of different styles of buyers.
